Streaming and Websites

Your recordings can be played on websites by using streaming technology (where the music plays before it's fully downloaded). Real, Windows Media or Flash are the most common ways. A special server/plugin is required, but most people now have them. We can produce MP3s but it generally is not used for demo purposes.

We can setup a streaming page and you can link to it, or we can install it on your existing website. Depending on your audience bandwidth, dialup or broadband, they will hear varying qualities, from AM radio to CD quality.

It costs the same recording hourly rate and we can give an estimate. Monthly hosting may be necessary. Don't get fooled by other people that produce RealAudio but not deliver it on a Real server - it will not stream, but will take minutes to download first!
